Solarium Green Energy Ltd — Updates, 10-06-2025: Company Update

Solarium Green Energy Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss setting up a fully automated solar module manufacturing facility with a capacity of ~1000 MW per annum in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The project involves an estimated investment of around ₹70 Cr with debt-equity ratio of 3:1. This backward integration aims to reduce cost volatility, ensure timely supply, and improve project margins, strengthening the company’s position in B2C, B2B, and B2G markets while supporting future growth and execution efficiency. Commercial operations are expected to begin in Q4 of the current fiscal year.
