IIFL Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 10-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

IIFL Finance has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Finance Committee approved issuing up to INR 600 Cr of unsecured, subordinated, listed, rated, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) via private placement, to be listed on the NSE.
