Harish Textile Engineers Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved the appointment of Mr. Ashwini Ramakant Gupta as an Additional Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. He will join the Audit, Stakeholders Relationship & Grievance, and Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Concurrently, Mr. Ritesh Patel resigned as an Independent Director citing personal commitments. The company has re-appointed M/s D N Vora & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and M/s Y. S. Thakar & Co. as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2025-2026.
