The company plans to unbundle and re-bundle its four verticals—academic, commerce, government test prep, and vocational training—for focused expansion. The commerce education segment, led by JK Shah Classes, aims to grow revenues from ₹281 Cr (FY25) to over ₹1,000 Cr by FY30, with student enrolments expected to double and margins improving from 36% to over 50%.
