UTO Asia holds global rights (excluding select Asian markets) to Mansion House and Savoy Club liquor brands. This acquisition enhances ABDL’s international brand presence and control, adding a new subsidiary with FY 2024 revenue of around €119,000, bolstering its alcoholic beverages portfolio.
