Allied Blenders and Distillers has announced a board meeting on acquiring 100% equity in UTO Asia Pte. Ltd., Singapore, for €1.225 million. UTO Asia owns global rights to Mansion House and Savoy Club brands (excluding select Asian markets). This acquisition will make UTO Asia a wholly-owned subsidiary, enhancing ABD’s global brand control and supporting its strategic growth in the spirits segment.
