Minda Corporation has announced a joint venture with Japan’s Toyodenso, holding 60% and 40% stakes respectively, to produce advanced automotive switches in India. The JV combines Toyodenso’s technology with Minda’s local manufacturing strength. Targeting two-wheelers, passenger cars, and other segments, the greenfield plant in Noida is slated to begin by H2 FY27.
