Minda Corporation has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. It has formed a joint venture with Japan’s Toyodenso Co. Ltd., holding 60% stake, to produce advanced automotive switches in India. The JV will establish a greenfield plant in Noida targeting two-wheelers, passenger vehicles, and other segments, with operations from H2 FY27. This collaboration leverages Toyodenso’s tech and Minda’s local manufacturing, supported by secured orders in the domestic market.
