Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Limited — Board Meeting, 11-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bannari Amman Spinning Mills has announced a board meeting to approve a 9.74 MW DC captive solar power project at its Tamil Nadu unit, costing around Rs. 40 Cr. Expected by October 2025, it will generate about 1.5 crore units annually, boosting captive power supply from 49% to nearly 65%. This move aims to cut reliance on external power and lower operational costs, strengthening the company’s energy security and cost-efficiency.
