Artemis Medicare Services Limited — Important, 11-06-2025: Agreements

Artemis Medicare Services has announced a board meeting to approve a binding MoU with Dr. Vidya Sagar Kaushalya Devi Memorial Health Centre. Upon fulfillment of conditions, Artemis will gain exclusive rights to operate the Vidyasagar Institute of Mental Health and Neuro & Allied Sciences in New Delhi. Artemis plans to invest Rs. 550-600 Cr over 2-3 years through internal accruals and debt. An advance payment of Rs. 50 Cr secures these rights, marking significant expansion in specialized healthcare services for Artemis.
