Aimco Pesticides Ltd — Updates, 11-06-2025: Company Update

Aimco Pesticides has announced a board meeting on the further investment of AUD 30,000 in its wholly owned Australian subsidiary, Aimco KREPL Australia Pty Ltd (AKAPL). AKAPL operates in agrochemicals and fertilizers marketing and was incorporated in May 2024. The subsidiary’s turnover was Nil as of April 30, 2025. This additional investment aims to support the expansion of AKAPL’s business, reinforcing Aimco’s international growth strategy.
