Sutlej Textiles has announced a leadership reshuffle to boost strategic and financial management. Shri C.S. Nopany will become Managing Director and Executive Chairman from August 1, 2025, after stepping down as Whole-time Director by July 31. CFO Rajib Mukhopadhyay has resigned, and Shri Sachin Jaikishan Karwa, a veteran Chartered Accountant with 25+ years of experience, is the new CFO. The CEO, Shri Ashishkumar Srivastava, remains in position. These changes reflect a clear focus on strengthening the company’s leadership core.
