Nopany as Managing Director designated as Executive Chairman for three years, subject to shareholder approval, replacing his current role as Whole-time Director. Shri Rajib Mukhopadhyay resigned as CFO to explore new opportunities, and Shri Sachin Jaikishan Karwa, a seasoned Chartered Accountant with 25+ years in finance and strategy, has been appointed as the new CFO.
