Supreme Infrastructure India Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year, re-appoint Mr. Vikram Bhawanishankar Sharma as Managing Director for five years, and approve the re-appointment of statutory auditors M/s. Borkar & Muzumdar. The board will also ratify the remuneration of the Cost Auditor for FY24. Mr. Sharma, a Civil Engineering graduate, has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth through successful execution of major infrastructure projects, supporting its diversification into varied contracts.
