Vaibhav Global allotted 2,04,952 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to its Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust under employee benefit schemes. The paid-up equity share capital is now Rs. 33.32 Cr, with 16.66 crore shares outstanding. This move strengthens employee incentives without affecting promoter holding or bringing in external funds.
