Atal Realtech Limited — Board Meeting, 11-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Atal Realtech Ltd. has announced a board meeting on 11 June 2025, approving an increase in authorized share capital from Rs. 23 Cr to Rs. 28 Cr to support expansion. The board greenlit a preferential issue of up to 1.68 crore equity shares and 72 lakh convertible warrants at Rs. 16 each, targeting capacity enhancement, marketing, and R&D. An e-voting scrutinizer was appointed, and an EGM scheduled for 5 July 2025 via video conferencing will seek shareholder approval for these growth initiatives.
