Atal Realtech Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 11-06-2025: Preferential issue

Atal Realtech Ltd. has announced a board meeting to approve a preferential issue of up to 1.68 crore equity shares and 72 lakh convertible warrants at Rs. 16 each. The warrants can be converted into equity within 18 months. The fundraise is aimed at supporting capacity expansion, sales & marketing, and R&D for new product launches. The authorized share capital will increase from Rs. 23 Cr to Rs. 28 Cr. The issue targets both promoters and public investors, with shareholder approval planned in early July 2025.
