The company invested Rs. 2.45 Cr in its associate, Ganesha Recycling Chain Pvt Ltd, by subscribing to 2.45 lakh equity shares at Rs. 100 each. This move aims to bolster its PET waste raw material supply. Ganesha Ecosphere holds a 49% stake in the associate, which reported no turnover recently.
