Aegis Logistics Limited — Important, 12-06-2025: Updates

Aegis Logistics has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Its subsidiary, Sea Lord Containers Limited, has commissioned a cryogenic LPG terminal in Mangalore with 82,000 MT storage capacity. Developed for associate Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited, this facility will be transferred to them later. This infrastructure boost enhances Aegis’s LPG storage and terminalling capabilities, strengthening its position in energy logistics and supporting growth prospects.
