Adroit Infotech has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Profit before exceptional items stood at ₹93.41 lakh for the quarter and ₹230.82 lakh for the year. Exceptional gains of ₹293.17 lakh came from reversal of contingent liabilities related to an acquisition, offset by a bad debt write-off of ₹2323.70 lakh and an extraordinary GST liability of ₹47.68 lakh. Total assets nearly doubled to ₹8816 lakh, boosted by rights issue proceeds and higher deposits. Operating cash flow turned negative due to working capital changes.
