Adroit Infotech posted a net loss of Rs. 78.56 Lakhs this quarter, weighed down by Rs. 323.70 Lakhs in bad debts and past GST charges, partly offset by a Rs. 370.81 Lakhs exceptional gain from acquisition liability reversal. Full-year revenue reached Rs. 3171.22 Lakhs, driven by SAP support services, with an annual profit of Rs. 68.83 Lakhs. The company strengthened its balance sheet by raising Rs. 3868.26 Lakhs through a partly paid rights issue and significantly cut borrowings. Operating cash flow was negative at Rs. 1341.50 Lakhs due to higher loans and advances.
