L&T Finance Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 12-06-2025: Allotment of Securities

L&T Finance has allotted 1,80,000 Senior Secured Listed NCDs via private placement, raising Rs. 1,800 Cr. The issue is split equally into two options: Option I with a ~2-year tenor and 7.21% coupon, and Option II with a ~3-year tenor and 7.23% coupon.
