Standalone revenue reached Rs. 597.3 Cr with PBT of Rs. 132.8 Cr and net profit of Rs. 99.2 Cr. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 992.9 Cr, with PBT at Rs. 140.3 Cr and net profit of Rs. 82.7 Cr. EBITDA growth was led by both air compressors and automotive segments. The board proposes a 220% dividend. Operating cash flow remains strong, supported by stable working capital.
