Torrent Power Limited — Updates, 12-06-2025: Press Release

Torrent Power’s subsidiary, Torrent Green Energy, won a 300 MW ISTS wind power project at a ₹3.97/unit tariff, with an estimated investment of ₹2,650 Cr. This raises Torrent’s renewable capacity under development to 3.3 GWp, complementing its solar, pumped hydro, and green hydrogen projects. Torrent Power continues to strengthen its position as a leading integrated utility with 4,838 MWp total generation capacity and over 4.2 million power distribution customers across several states.
