Udaipur Cement Works Limited — Updates, 12-06-2025: Scheme of Arrangement

Udaipur Cement Works Ltd. has announced a board meeting to approve a Composite Scheme of Amalgamation with Hansdeep Industries, Hidrive Developers, and JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd. The NCLT has sanctioned this scheme to consolidate the cement businesses of these companies into JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd. This restructuring is set to improve operational efficiency, simplify the group structure, reduce costs, and strengthen financial health by merging fragmented capacities. Following the merger, Udaipur Cement Works will no longer be a subsidiary of JK Lakshmi Cement.
