Simultaneously, it’ll acquire intellectual property rights for its decorative paints business across India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Nepal for INR 115.2 Cr. The board is moving ahead to finalize deals, signaling a strategic reshuffle focused on core decorative paints operations.
