DCM Shriram has announced a board meeting to approve acquiring 100% equity in Hindusthan Specialty Chemicals Ltd for ₹375 Cr. HSCL specializes in epoxy and advanced materials, with FY25 turnover of ₹274 Cr but currently loss-making. The deal expands DCM Shriram’s chemicals portfolio, complementing its chlor-alkali business and positioning the company for growth in aerospace, renewables, and EV sectors. Completion is expected by September 2025.
