Artificial Electronics Intelligent Material Limited has announced a board meeting outcome including the appointment of two independent directors, Mr. Alan M Wagner and Mr. S Balasubramanian, each for a five-year term. The board reconstituted key committees with Mr. Balasubramanian appointed Chairperson of the Audit and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, and both new directors included as members across Audit, Stakeholders Relationship, and Nomination & Remuneration Committees. The company plans to raise ₹49.87 Cr through preferential equity shares and ₹47.20 Cr through convertible warrants, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Jitendra Parmar & Associates has been appointed secretarial auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval.
