Dixon Technologies (India) Limited — Important, 12-06-2025: Agreements

Dixon Technologies has announced a board meeting on forming a 50:50 joint venture with Signify Innovations India to serve as an OEM for lighting products in India. Dixon will contribute its lighting business and subsidiary through non-cash consideration, while Signify will invest cash to acquire its LED manufacturing business. The JV combines Dixon’s manufacturing capabilities with Signify’s lighting expertise to strengthen their footprint in the Indian lighting market. Neither party will hold equity in the other.
