Atal Realtech Limited — Others, 12-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

Atal Realtech Limited has announced a board meeting to consider increasing its authorized share capital from Rs. 23 Cr to Rs. 28 Cr by creating 2.5 Cr new equity shares of Rs. 2 each. The company plans to raise Rs. 27 Cr through preferential allotment of 1.6875 Cr shares at Rs. 16 each to public investors to support capacity expansion, marketing, and R&D. It also intends to raise Rs. 11.52 Cr by issuing 72 lakh warrants to promoter Vijyagopal Parasram Atal at Rs. 16 each. The fundraises will proceed subject to shareholder approval. Management control remains unchanged.
