SIS Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board plans to reappoint directors Mr. Ravindra Kishore Sinha and Mr. Rituraj Kishore Sinha, who retire by rotation. It proposes increasing the Managing Director Mr. Rituraj Kishore Sinha’s remuneration to ₹2.40 Cr per annum from June 1, 2025. The company also intends to appoint Mr. Sudhir Vishnupant Hulyalkar as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY26. Shareholders will have access to the Annual Report digitally with remote e-voting available.
