Kaira Can Company Limited has announced a board meeting and appointed Mr. Rushabh Jayant Vora as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Vora, aged 52, holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan University and is currently Managing Director of Chemspec Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. He brings extensive experience in specialty chemicals, international and domestic marketing, risk and insurance management, and general management. He is not related to any current directors or key personnel.
