Canara Bank has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Two shareholder directors, Ms. Abha Singh Yaduvanshi and Shri Gunjeet Singh Pannu, have been elected unopposed for a three-year term, bringing expertise in banking, finance, taxation, law, economics, and IT, which will enhance the board’s strength. The election agenda will be withdrawn from the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
