Agarwal Fortune India Ltd — Updates, 13-06-2025: Company Update

Agarwal Fortune India Limited has announced a board meeting where the resignation of CFO Ms. Monika Shekhawat due to pre-occupation was approved, effective from early June. Mrs. Pooja Dangayach has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director and will be proposed as an Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The Board approved increasing the authorized share capital from Rs. 3.75 Crores to Rs. 8.75 Crores by adding 50 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each, pending shareholder consent. An Extraordinary General Meeting will be called to approve these changes.
