Infosys has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company allotted 59,314 equity shares after employee exercise of Restricted Stock Units under its 2015 and 2019 stock plans. Total issued share capital now stands at ₹2,077.13 Cr, with over 415.4 crore equity shares of ₹5 each.
