Rainbow Children’s Medicare Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company will hold its 27th Annual General Meeting via video conferencing to adopt audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2024-25, declare a dividend of ₹3 per equity share, reappoint Dr. Dinesh Kumar Chirla as director, and ratify Cost Auditors’ remuneration at ₹2 lakh plus taxes. It will also appoint Mr. K.V.S. Subramanyam as Secretarial Auditor for five years, approve increased commission for non-executive directors up to ₹18 lakh per annum each, and seek shareholder approval to raise limits on loans, investments, guarantees, and securities to ₹1,400 Cr.
