Punjab National Bank has announced a board meeting on 27 June 2025 for its Annual General Meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year and declare a dividend for FY 2024-25. The record date for dividend payment is 20 June 2025. The share transfers will be halted from 21 June to 27 June 2025 for dividend and AGM purposes.
