Arcee Industries has announced a board meeting on which it approved the Directors’ Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Board approved the appointment of M/s. Jain Mittal Chaudhary & Associates as the new statutory auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. It also proposed selling its plant and machinery at its registered office in Hisar, pending shareholders’ consent. The 33rd Annual General Meeting will be held at the registered office, and the register of members will be closed around that time.
