Modi’s Navnirman Limited has announced a board meeting to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) to seek shareholder approval for migrating its equity shares from the BSE SME segment to the Main Board of BSE Limited and NSE Limited. This move aims to enhance the company's visibility, improve share liquidity, and attract greater retail investor participation by listing on the main boards of both exchanges. The EOGM will also enable the Board of Directors to handle all formalities and regulatory filings related to the migration process. Shareholders will have the option to vote electronically or in person.
