Sulabh Engineers and Services Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the resignation of Mr. Amit Kumar Kanaujia from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer due to personal reasons. He was relieved from his duties at the close of business on the same day. The Board has appointed Mr. Tauheed Ahmad as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective the following day. Mr. Ahmad is an associate member of ICSI with one year of experience in secretarial and legal compliance, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He is authorized to make disclosures to the stock exchange on behalf of the company.
