Senco Gold has announced a postal ballot for shareholders to approve the re-appointment of Smt. Ranjana Sen as Chairperson and Whole-Time Director for five years, including continuation beyond age 70, with an annual gross remuneration of Rs. 97.59 lakh plus increments and performance bonuses. Approval is also sought for re-appointing Smt. Joita Sen as Whole-Time Director for five years, with Rs. 84.49 lakh annual remuneration and similar benefits. Both have significant roles and shareholdings since 2020. Voting will be done electronically via remote e-voting.
