Womancart Limited — Board Meeting, 13-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Womancart has announced a board meeting approving the conversion of 2.63 lakh warrants into equity shares at ₹128 each, raising ₹2.52 Cr from promoters and a non-promoter investor. Promoter Prerna Pahwa converted 1.82 lakh warrants. Post conversion, the paid-up equity capital stands at ₹6.31 Cr with 63.07 lakh shares outstanding. About 18.7 lakh warrants remain available for future conversion, boosting the company’s equity base without fresh fundraising beyond these conversions.
