Centum Electronics has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenues reached INR 1,155.4 Cr for FY25, up 6% YoY, led by ER&D, BTS, and EMS growth. Adjusted EBITDA margin remained strong at 14.2%, while PAT showed a loss of INR 19.3 Mn due to exceptional items. The order book stands firm at INR 1,736 Cr. The company is expanding system-level deliveries in defense & aerospace, scaling healthcare diagnostics, and growing in electric mobility and rail sectors.
