Craftsman Automation Limited — Board Meeting, 13-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Craftsman Automation has announced a board meeting on 13th June 2025 with key decisions. Sharp & Tannan will be re-appointed as Statutory Auditors for five years, KSR & Co will join as Secretarial Auditors, and S. Mahadevan & Co will continue as Cost Auditors, subject to shareholder approval. The company approved selling land and buildings of its subsidiary Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions in Gurgaon following its manufacturing shift. Craftsman plans to invest up to Rs 20 Cr in group captive power producers to improve power sourcing. The 39th AGM will be held virtually on 21st July 2025.
