Adline Chem Lab Limited has announced a board meeting on which key decisions were made. The company approved the Director’s Report and Secretarial Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2025, and finalized the notice for the 37th Annual General Meeting to be held via video conferencing. The registered office is being shifted within Ahmedabad city. CFO Kuldip Parekh resigned, and Hardik Jitendrabhai Vaghasiya was appointed as the new CFO. Akshita Khandelwal joined as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Two new independent directors, Him Vyas and Krish Patel, were appointed. The company also approved amendments to its main object clause to expand into renewable energy and commodity trading businesses.
