Craftsman Automation has announced a board meeting to approve the re-appointment of key auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval. The company is set to sell land and buildings of its subsidiary, Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions, in Gurgaon after relocating manufacturing to Rajasthan. This follows completed voluntary retirement and labor settlements. Craftsman also plans to invest up to Rs. 20 Cr in group captive power companies, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and reduce energy costs.
