Craftsman Automation Limited — Others, 13-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

Craftsman Automation has announced a board meeting approving the re-appointment of Sharp & Tannan as Statutory Auditors, KSR & Co as Secretarial Auditors, and S. Mahadevan & Co as Cost Auditors, all pending shareholder approval. The company approved the sale of land and buildings of its subsidiary Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions after relocating manufacturing from Gurugram to Rajasthan. Craftsman also plans to invest up to Rs. 20 Cr in group captive producer companies to enhance power sourcing and will conduct its 39th AGM via video conferencing.
