Adline Chem Lab Ltd — Updates, 13-06-2025: Company Update

Adline Chem Lab Limited has announced a board meeting in which it approved the Director’s Report and Secretarial Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2025, and finalized the notice for the 37th Annual General Meeting to be held via video conferencing. The company appointed M/s. Ishit Vyas & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. The registered office has been shifted within Ahmedabad. Key managerial changes include the resignation of CFO Kuldip Parekh and appointment of Hardik Jitendrabhai Vaghasiya as the new CFO. Ms. Akshita Khandelwal was appointed Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Two new independent directors, Mr. Him Vyas and Mr. Krish Patel, were also appointed. The main object clause of the company’s memorandum of association was amended to include renewable energy, engineering contracts, and commodity trading businesses, subject to shareholder approval.
