Seshasayee Paper and Boards has announced a board meeting outcome featuring key leadership changes. Sri Kumar Jayant, IAS, Chairman and MD of Tamilnadu Industrial Investment Corporation, and Sri Ashish Kumar Srivastava, IFS, Special Secretary (Forests), Tamil Nadu government, have been appointed as Additional Nominee Directors. They replace Dr. M Sai Kumar and Sri TRitto Cyriac, respectively. These moves are aimed at deepening the company’s ties with government and industrial stakeholders and will be confirmed through a shareholders’ postal ballot.
