Spicejet Ltd — Updates, 14-06-2025: Company Update

SpiceJet has announced a board meeting on June 13, 2025, to note and accept the resignation of its statutory auditor, Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, following completion of the audit for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The resignation stems from the auditor’s inability to continue due to potential conflicts with proposed non-audit services, in line with their independence policies. The board has approved the appointment of Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP as the new statutory auditor, subject to shareholder approval. This change applies to SpiceJet and its material subsidiary, SpiceXpress and Logistics Private Limited.
